What evening/weekend job, if any, did you have when you were in school?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 604 ✭✭✭Vandango

I never had a job during school, because my parents wanted me to keep 100% focus on my studies.

    Mexican food or Italian food?

    Hi Tom.

No. My brother had to go for part of his study placement last year Cecina. He got some great photos.

    Have you? :)

    Have you? :)

I haven't. Italy wouldn't really appeal to me personally, but I can understand why others would like it though. :)

    Ever been to France?

No. I mean I know what they are etc. But no i've never seen them.

My brother has been to china and a lot of Europe. He is much more widely traveled than me. He is an amazing photographer actually. He went travelling when he was like 24. I am pretty sure he saw the wall. I think one of his pictures won a prize actually.

Have you ever seen any? :)

I do. Two euros change...he always gives me two one euros coins back, He knows one of them will find it's way into the tip jar but that a two euro coin mightn't.

Have you ever found money and what did you do with it?

I have only ever found small amounts of money in the street. I think I usually pocket it with the intention of giving it to charity. Whether that actually happens is questionable.

Do you give money to a particular charity ? Or just random ones? Or none at all?

I've given to random charites. I've never had a standing order set up or anything like that.

Who was the last person you insulted?

The fear of letting people down/anticipation that the day will be better than the night (I'm a terrible sleeper!)

Ever fall asleep in public transport

Ever fall asleep in public transport

Yes unfortunately, nothing worse than startling yourself awake on a strangers shoulder.

    Longest you've gone without sleep?

Yes ! Once on the bus home after a formal event in Uni. I was in an evening dress a sweat shirt and a pair of runner I had buried. I had to walk home after missing my stop. It was like nine O'Clock sat morning ....I don't what people would have thought of me! At least I wasn't hung over.

Have you tried anything to let you sleep? ASMR? Lavender? Music?

Not quite, but I could definitely do with looking after myself more. I have to remind myself. It can be anxiety too.

    Do you borrow library books?

Totally. I went 44 hours once without sleep and I ended up putting sugar in the toaster.

Which skill would you prefer, the ability to fly a plane or a helicopter?
