I would never take out a dept I couldn't honor or handle if I had planned it out carefully and it made me happy etc then yes. I don't know really. It's lacking in detail.

I certainly would not do something like that ad hoc. It has to be very well thought through.

Certainly with what has happened in recent years you need to think carefully and get advice.

I am extremely fastidious about making tea, so much so that if it's not perfect I'll toss it down the drain and start again.
