As far as I'm aware from reading the T&C'S they are as follows:

Back Arsenal at 3/10. 10 bet will return 13.

The extra will be returned in 'free bets'. Now they have no live chat, so I've no idea how many free bets will it be or will it just be one 37quid free bet.

If Arsenal Fail to win, your bet will also be refunded as a few bet.

What do people think? Has anybody used this bookie before?
