    Hi Lads.

I've lived in Swords, and from there it was very handy to be a member of Courtlough.
I recently moved down to Stillorgan and it is a fair bit of driving to Courtlough to get out and bust some cays.

Does anyone know a club south side?

I am mostly shoot sporting but would love to shoot skeet as well.

    Thanks

    Tom

Click on the links below my sign line. You'll see a list of ranges and clay ranges. Some rifle ranges also facilitate clays so check both lists for location and facilities.

    +1

Sporting, Compact Sporting, ABT and a couple of novice traps for when you bring guests. The Compact and ABT setups are covered, with floodlights.

Always a good few dedicated clay shooters on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

There's also the East Coast Shooting Club which meets in Roundwood.

I've never been to this club, but from a quick look at their website am I correct in thinking that you can only do specified sports at certain times, or on certain days (i.e. Shotgun shooting takes place on Sunday mornings, starting around 10.30, Pistol shooting takes place 9.00am – 3.00pm on Sundays....) ?

    Thanks,

    G.

ECSC is a club run by members for members. Hilltop is a business. Both have their advantages. ECSC has a new Skeet layout.
