I've left notes on people's windscreens. My standard message reads:

"Get a smaller car. Because you CAN'T F*CKING PARK THIS ONE".

48-50 second 5k pb at Parkrun this morning :) Watch-less so not sure yet.
And the best part is I know I'll knock another good chunk off the next one as I get more race practice!

Edit: official time gives me 45 sec pb but hey I'll take that!!! For today!

Them Paulaners give a bit of a bang, for a supposedly 'clean' German beer. Oh wait. Did I have red wine when I got home?

You must have had that red wine ;)

Pictures please or we won't believe it - you'll mess up your abstinence training if you eat - don't do it !!!

Knowing that right now, at a race in Hungary- vital research into the effects of voluntary starvation is being conducted. Hopefully the children of the worlds next tragic famine will benefit from one jogger's crusade against food

I do recall being shown a picture of a certain medal and a certain poster's Garmin. The said medal was in his pocket last night as well. Some say he's been carrying it with him everywhere since London. All we know is: he's called the Turd.
