Which one? There's more than one in the Play Store.

I use Google Keep for my shopping list. It's great.

You know you spend too much time on a Cooking & Recipes forum when you schedule your NCT retest so you'll have to go to Eurasia in Fonthill before & after. Be rude not to!!

There's more than one ShopShop? The icon is a yellow post-it note or something with "bread, butter, milk" written on it, and 'bread' is crossed out. Here's a link to the iTunes store so you can see (I know you said Play Store but that's the first link that came up)

there might not be an Android version of this ShopShop App, so linking to iTunes is no good for Android users.

I'd be careful downloading something without being 100% sure it's the one being recommended. There's one on the play store that seems to be totally in Thai for example.

I just linked to iTunes so TBO could see the app description so he'd know what the right one is, if it's available.

I just use Notes on my iPhone with one note just for shopping. I add things to it whenever I think of them during the week and then make proper lists before I do a shop. When shopping I just delete an item when it goes into the basket/trolley.

I'm see ShopShop and ShopShop Beta, two different authors...not like the iOS one.

    Is it this app?

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.grocerylist.android&hl=en

Can anyone recommend any good wine review/rating sites?

No, that's different. Seems like it's only developed for iOS.

I use my notes in my phone too for my shopping list. If I'm in work I'll jot down things on a post it and then forget it's in my pocket.

Try the Beers/Wines/Spirits forum. The lads over there will be happy to help.

It looks to me like something best served fresh.

Darn it, that's what I thought. I love the stuff, but the recipe is enough for an army.

Not to be an evernote fanatic or anything, but brilliant for shopping lists too. I make a list with checkboxes beside each item and check off as I go.
And if I see something unexpected on special offer in the supermarket, I can search my saved recipes for any other ingredients I need.

I've persuaded Her Indoors to do that. She types up the shopping list on her laptop at home, checks that it has synced to the phone before she leaves the house, and checks items off as she buys them. She was skeptical at first, but is totally sold on the idea now.

Myself and the ex used to use some doodad on the iphone that was apparently designed for workplaces, but would sync between phones so if one of us bought some stuff it'd automatically get checked off on the other person's phone too.

I use ShopShop these days and I really like it, especially the way you can just shake it to remove checked off items from the list. Being able to have more than one user access the same list would make it perfect imo.

I think my palm would be too...sweaty...(not that I sweat for I am a lady) for that. Back of my hand and on any random scrap of paper I can find though. For some reason I don't like shopping lists on my phone. #luddite

Back of hand (for one or two things) or back of some piece of paper for me!

Somethings I just can't process so well from a screen, shopping lists are one of them..

Mrs. Loire's birthday today and we're heading to the Ivory Tower in Cork. Been a few times and love it. Can't wait. I'll be having the 8 course Japanese tasting menu if it's on :)

I've used Our Groceries on both iphone and android, and it can text or email the list onto another person. You can create lists for different shops and name them whatever you like: I have one for Lidl, Dunnes, Boots etc.

I've recently added My Cookbook to the phone too to collect recipes - copy and paste from the Cooking Club/ Interwebs and off I go. That way, when inspiration finally hits me on what to cook and its when I'm standing in the supermarket, I can look up the quantities of ingredients and buy just what I need.

I'm worse, I tend work out what I want to buy and count them up so I know when I leave the house that there are say, seven things I need to get.

Guess who regularly spends the last 15 minutes of a shopping trip wandering around trying to remember what the last item was?

(its not all bad, if I really can't remember I can always pretend it was biscuits all along :pac:)

That's often my system too or scraps of paper from the recycling bag if more than a handful items.
Living within walking distance of several supermarkets, I don't do big shops, though so not much to remember.

    Human brain :)

I need a big page because I do one big list, buy it all at once and rarely have to shop during the week.
