    When you have a certain number of giveaways marked as recieved, you gain a level, signifying that you gift stuff and don't leech constantly.

    I've had games that I picked up over the past number of years, but I primarily used Xbox/PS3/PS4. I've sold on all those and bought a new graphics card (Gtx 960) the other day to focus on PC exclusively.
