BMI 33 - calories per day?

been done to death but can anyone guide me in the right direction. for a man with a BMI of 33 what sort of calorie intake per day should he have? pretty sedentary aside from a 60min walk most days (at an easy pace). many thanks in advance.

Google search of Scooby's Workshop Calorie Calculator and you should get a decent approximation.
