i was in the audience once for the late late show.
Tubs was pretty sound inbetween the live action and then once the cameras rolled he reverted to his wooden ****e routine.

ended up in the bar in RTE after and had a beer with him - was pretty witty, articulate and good conversation.

I actually left his company wondering if he was the same guy

Nicky Byrne. I want to dislike him for the whole boy band , perfect hair and cheese ball head on him , but I can't . He comes across as really sound, and enjoy him on 2fm.

Ryan tubs, can't understand the vitriol directed at him sometimes , he's not that bad

I think he's actually quite good on the radio.
Might not be to everyone's taste on TV but he’s not that bad.

Shia Lebeouf, seems to have lost the run of himself but I saw him interviewed once and he was very honest about his troubles and motivations. Taken out the hollywood context and given a "normal" life I reckon he's be alright.

    The Beckhams.

Sir Alex Ferguson - can't stand his former team, can't stand his voice but you cannot help but be impressed by his successes given his humble beginnings and the fact that most of his success seemed to be based on how he managed people rather than through any particular tactical genius.

Martin McGuinness - seems sound enough, never lied about who he was. Took a lot of flack from hardliners to get the "peace process" where it is today.

Michael O'Leary. Runs one of the most successful airlines in Europe with abysmal customer service. Man's a genius.

The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.

Totally agree. Holy Mary mother of God, I hate flying with Ryanair (scratch cards? Seriously?), but I have enormous admiration for him. Fill yer pockets, Michael. Fill 'em good.

Treat your customers like dirt but keep the prices low enough that they'll just take it and moan. Would love to have been in the board meetings when he was reinventing the airline.

I thought he was a bit of a test after the whole paper bag thing but then I saw the musical on YouTube. Empire also did a piece on Fury and apparently he was unavailable for interview so they emailed him questions and he responded in all CAPS. I don't know why but I have to like him for that.
