Hopefully Austin nets a goal for us 50/1 backers :D

Murray is 4.5% of the top 1k, Bolassie is 0.5%. Silva is 87.5, a bumper haul from him would kill me.

Was considering taking the punt on Murray but went for Vardy - DGW was the deciding factor.

Took a punt on Gayle (when he was playing & scoring ok) just when Pardew took over.. persisted with it for a number of GW's

It has been the single biggest factor of my fall from top 1k to just inside 5k.

Any other Palace attacker I'd have healthy gains plus it cost me a couple of Kane big hauls.

Sam Matterface just posted he heard Remy was injured......take from it what you want.

    And it was true.

That has hurt quite a few I'd imagine

Feel for the people who brought Remy in. Very unlucky.

I don't have Cesc till next week, so I'm hoping for no booking ahead of the next couple of weeks.

Was joking to a friend last night that Remy would be injured today, so has been my utterly shocking collapse in the last 3 weeks.

Another waste of a transfer. Was between him and Murray yesterday as my transfer in. This game sometimes.

The opposite here, I was damn close to bringing him in yesterday morning for Benteke, my luck is in at the moment.

Remy was always a risk and for those that don't have and thinking of DGW. This is probably the reason why hazard fab are better options.

Seems to be a lot of folk in gambling mood last few weeks - only works the odd time.

Every player is a risk. It wasn't bad tansfer, just unlucky one.

    Fabregas can be injured/booked, too

Loic Remy is out with a muscular injury picked up in training yesterday.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Oh well, Remy was worth a punt. I'll still probably keep him for the DGW but just watch Aguero finally do something today to compound the misery :pac:

Id like Aguero and Silva to get some points today. They're actually differentials for me :P

Sorry but this is classic hindsight. You are actually saying that Fabregas was a less risky transfer than Remy? Sorry, but that's a silly statement imho.

Remy was fully fit and ready to lead the line for the next 4 weeks for the Champions elect and Fabregas was out of form and a yellow away from a 2 match ban.

He wasn't really a risk, although I'm glad now that I didn't bring him in.
He would have started if he hadn't gotten injured.

I said it on Friday that it was risky as there was guarantee that Jose would play him and gave examples of how folk think manger will act and how it has Lin reality this season - Walcott struiddge were examples

I also said it was like the Defoe night all over again everyone transferring him in without really thinking about it

How many games does remy start when fir compared with say fab - my point about fab was also regarding the DGW.

I only made the comment because for the rest of the day folk will come on bemoaning their luck when in fact it was a gamble.

    That's not hindsight posting
