Have NCT this evening so gave it a clean inside and out. Hate black cars, so hard to keep them clean! Anyway, fingers crossed it will pass.

Set of sporting alloys would suit that lovely, really like those Puntos!

4 hours gettin' the winter coat off shows up all the stonechips. And a new scuffmark on the bumper from a near death experience a few weeks ago.

12L/100km on good petrol, with three people and luggage climbing out of Cork. 20 around town. Worse on the ****e from that place on the quays. Tolerable for long cruises.

6 injectors mean a lot of fuel. As does a vacuum leak that refuses to sort.

    Thanks man!

Yeah, they're very hard to find, this is my 4th Punto and I had them on the previous two.

These actually came with the sporting alloys but the alloys were sold and swapped for standard 15s. Will definitely be investing in some 17s in the summer.

Anyway, failed NCT on an imbalance on the front axle, thats all, no advisories. Very happy with that considering its never been for a Nct before. Booked in on Thursday to change the front shock absorbers and ill rebook it in ASAP.

Looking very well. Is that near the Kildare Stud? Looks familiar. I've not washed our cars since the 16th January :o

Car came out good, considering I only used the power-washer to clean it. No sponge cleaning, no window cleaner, no alloy cleaner, nothing. Just a run around with the power washer.

(I tried to block out the reg of the car, but didnt work out too good.. Oh well :pac:)

    Ummm good or bad? :pac:

Whenever I wash the car I always powerwash it, then I get my bucket which has warm water and Simoniz Wash & Wax and put it on the car, and then powerwash again.

Think it came out farely good since I only used the powerwasher and nothing else that time

You'll scratch the lacquer, same with sponging. Depends on how anal you are with how your car looks really.

It's anthracite but I think that's pretty much the same as gunmetal anyway! Had gun metal on Accord always loved the colour goes with any colour.
