This is one year old but it got bi-xenon's and 17" alloys and few other nice toys inside.

Must admit, looks nicer than my friends one. Best of luck with it :P

Such a nice day, car had a thorough wash etc yesterday and a quick spin up the mountains.

    Really like this picture.

Quick pic after a well needed scrub. :) Not done much since I bought it last year - chrome indicator bulbs, pressed plates, wash and fuel. :P
Got some more plans for this year.

p.s. L's aren't mine. mrs d is learning to drive currently.

Will be advertising this for sale soon. Don't have to sell it but I'll see how it goes for a week or two and then maybe see what I can get on a trade in.

Basically, I'll be sure to put that in the ad :p

It hasn't done 500 kms since last December really, I've discovered luxo barges and my gf the GT86 so it really gets no use.

    first wash after 18 months

I'd love an E34 myself, it looks awesome. Was it parked up that it didn't get a wash in a year and a half?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,902 ✭✭✭power pants

Was going to sell it for something else then I didnt. Let the tax, insurance and NCT run out and just left it there. Was very dirty due to the dust in the clouds from last year etc

started up first time today, so will probably put on new tyres and put it through the nct

Not really worth the hassle imo. I don't mind if it doesn't sell, makes no difference to me tbh! I'm not expecting a whole lot of interest but given the car's history, mileage and condition I might just save someone a trip to the Uk!

Nothing special - 04 XJ8 with 160k on the clock. Nice old thing for soaking up the miles but I'll get rid of it in the Summer when the test expires.

The last photo I'll ever take of this car. She went to her new owner this evening.

This is her. She got dropped off about a half hour ago, 78 Vauxhall VX 2300 GLS Auto. She's a bit of a fixer upper but that's how I like them. Only done 36k miles and it has a mountain of service history up to my knees. I'll take some better pics of it when I can..

Have NCT this evening so gave it a clean inside and out. Hate black cars, so hard to keep them clean! Anyway, fingers crossed it will pass.
