    Very useful. Now if only I could find an undamaged internal fuel tank for my little Mercury/Tohatsu I'd be happy!

    need to replace the starter parts and springs on my 1998 evinrude so will have a look later for the manual. Spent 400 quid last year getting the thing rebuilt

    Thanks Fergal, I'll have to dig up the part number. I'm looking for the internal petrol tank for the 3HP engine - most of the threads on the filler neck have broken off so it spills fuel when tilted. I've tried Killen a few times and phoned the guy on the NS to no avail - the latter had one, but it was covered in duct tape, so it appears to be a common problem. A new tank from the US is about 90 + 50 bucks postage, and getting worse with the way the USD/€ has gone:eek:

    and dont forget the tax you have to pay when its delivered/collected here
