In Mexico once I was looking at beer menu in a bar and being the adventurous type i ordered a "Michelada" which is a concoction of beer, spices, pepper, sauces and salt. I managed about one sip before I puked.

Tequila i just can't stomach at all and is the worst i tasted.

Have it as a shot - guaranteed puke every time so i stopped.

Mixed in a cocktail - guaranteed puke every time so i stopped.

Mix it with 7-up - guaranteed puke every time so i stopped.

Given a bottle of 'real' Tequila from Mexico - puked 1 time and gave the bottle to a group of drunks on the street.

Aftershock is absolutely rotten. A mate spilled his shot of that on his black jeans and it bleached the colour out. God knows what it does to our insides.

I generally claim that I could drink piss out of a wellie so long as it gets me drunk but then I tried Grappa. Foul stuff. It tastes and smells how I imagine surgical alcohol to.

I would have to +1 for Grappa, horrible horrible stuff and the after effects were nastier

Came here to post this, it is unbelievably nasty stuff - for those who have never encountered it, have you ever had to have a mould taken of your teeth? You know the reeeeally sticky stuff they use for very exact moulds? No, not the green minty stuff for simpler moulds, the purple horrible stuff.

I started drinking a bit later than my friends and went through a very brief phase of schnapps because it's easy to drink. Had a part time job in college and the manager took us out and I asked for a schnapps and he looked at me incredulously and said, "dat's a drink for hoors".

Oh, you're a hard one. Whether you have senses depends on how much you've had to drink already ...

I haven't had cheap cider for many years - thanks for bringing that up again, just like I did. (Urp.)

I recently happened to have both brandy and Scotch whisky in the house at the same time, so I mixed a little together as a tesr. Nope. Tasted like dirt.

I have a particular problem with "oily" drinks: ouzo, retsina, tequila, etc.
