It could be worse....
I thought of something VERY important about an hour ago and said "Oh yeah, jesus I mustn't forget to do that"
And then I instantly forgot what it was and so for the last fecking hour I have been filled with that horrible dread feeling of forgetting something important and it won't come back to me at all.
And I don't even have the whiskey excuse

Try doing something relaxing and non thought provoking and eventually it will come back to you. It's when you work yourself up that you become jumbled. This is why I'm a list person and reminders in my phone help too.
