Lidl Suspension Resistance Band trainer

    Would I be able to suspend this from a simple homemade squat rack that doesn't have any attachments on it by looping band set around frame? Looking at the box, the band set comes with a door stop that allows you to suspend it from a closed door but this wouldn't be of much use to me.
