I don't ever want a girlfriend(again), wife or kids

Does any one else find this strange? I never want a girlfriend or wife as would find it like prison. Wake up she's there, home from work she's there, having to check in with her on what I'm doing and always having her there would drive me up the wall. Im 28 now and had a few on off relationships back when I was 20 to 24 but they drove me cracked and longest one lasted three weeks and ended it then as couldn't stick having to check in, she wants a DVD night, your not going out tonight, getting annoyed over nothing etc etc. It could be rihanna, Taylor swift and I wouldn't last more than a week in a relationship without having to end it. I also never want children as they waste all your money, free time and there's more commitment in your life which I never want

I like travelling, sport and one nightstands. Anyone else like this or am I just a nut job?

Makes sense. I already have a wife and kids so too late for me. I'd break up only for I couldn't afford to pay rent for an apartment and the mortgage etc.

You just haven't found the right one. When you do, you will know. You'll come home, and the house is clean and dinner is on the table. You go out with the lads, come home in the early hours all over the place, she will put you to bed and have a good fry up ready for you in the morning. You get horny and she will satisfy your needs.

Sounds like you've just met some crap girlfriends!

I don't want kids either, but I had relationships like you described, and hated them.

Now, I'm with someone who never, ever has me check in, I never ask for permission to do anything, none of that crap. If I want a night in and he wants a night out, he goes off with the lads, and I stay in and chill. Nice and easy.

If you meet a girl who is right for you, you won't have all of that bad stuff.

Yea but my point been she's still going to be around the place and sharing a bed. Would drive me cracked.

Many of my friends were like this. Get back to us when you're over 40. The 1-night stands get more difficult to acquire; you've the same idea of the level of women you want but you're less appealing to many as you're older yourself.

28 is young. Enjoy all the things you're doing; too young to be settling down anyway.

Lots of couples don't share beds, except for 20 mins for sex, and you don't need to 'entertain' anyone once the honeymoon period has worn off!

That said, plenty of people are happily single too, so whatever works for you, do it

As someone well over 40, I wouldn't necessarily agree. Never underestimate the number of 25-year old women out there with father complexes.

But one-night-stands do get harder, more correctly, you're less willing to put in the effort to get one.
