Cotton has been around for a while lol but yeah I remember we used to do mesh wicks and people started to experiment with weird ass stuff as wicks. Cotton won, thankfully. Phew!

Going to order what you recommended Jousting from ezsmoke.

I will order 20ml syringes from amazon and get VG from Boots as ezsmoke are out of stock.

Would you have any links to a good guide as to percentages, or a screenshot of the POTV app with the amount that i am aiming for listed below? I'm a tad confused

Will be aiming for 70pg/30vg with 15-20% concentrate and 12ml nic strength, and looking to make 8 x 30ml bottles

For your first hit at DIY, ESI have a handy 'ready to vape' flavourless nic base that you can just lash concentrate into.

I think their plain PG and plain VG would be competitive with Boots too.

In the calculator for nicotine strength e-juice(the base bottle of nicotine) (it says 5.4% on the bottle) i put 100%pg, 0%vg and what percentage for the nic into the calculator? i put 50%?

Ah, I just try and do the maths myself. I find the calculators confusing.

If, for example, you had 100ml of flavourless PG at 12mg nic and you wanted to flavour to it to be 10% flavour liquid, you could add 10ml of concentrate to 90ml of the flavourless PG and you would have 100ml of flavoured liquid.

Your nic content would go down of course as theres no nic in your concentrate. In this example it would go to 10.8%.

Another example

Ingredients:
* 100ml VG 0 nic
* 100ml PG 0 nic
* 100ml PG 50 nic
* 20ml concentrate

Mix:
* 40ml of VG 0 nic
* 15ml of PG 0 nic
* 25ml of PG 50 nic
* 20ml of concentrate

Result:
100ml of 60/40 (PG/VG) Liquid flavoured at 20% @ 12.5 nic

Cincentrates are normally PG

An update for you RA lovers.

I got a new T-juice concentrate yesterday which could replace RA as my ADV

This stuff is really flavourful,only 10ml bottles available atm.
I mixed at slightly under 15% so 10ml bottle and 60ml of 8mg base and like RA it doesn't need any steeping.It also mixes very well with the RA,I had about half a tank of RA left in the Orchid and topped it up with the B&B and wow good stuff.

Great stuff, thanks for the review! Is the aniseed as strong as in RA? It's the only element I'm not a huge fan of tbh

It changes but I get more menthol from it and they really compliment each other when mixed.

I also recommend the Black&Blue.
I've just mixed 70ml each of Jacques Le Mon and Forest Affair and they both smell lush,will keep ye updated on the but I won't be trying them tonight.
T-juice really seemed to have upped their game with these new flavours but then again taste is subjective and ye might hate them.

You would be diluting the nicotine content with the flavoring,so at 15% flavour you would end with RA at about 10.5mg.
It really wouldn't be worth your while ordering small quantities from there,postage would be higher than from an Irish vendor so you wouldn't be saving much.

i was going to order a litre which works out at less than 70 euros delivered. 10.5 woundnt be to bad as the original is plenty for me at 11.

You won't notice a difference with so small a drop in the nic content.

It depends on the base strength,I get the 36mg at €65 a litre,then buy a few litres each of VG and Fogbase to cut it down.

Yes, because there in no nicotine in the flavouring,you will also be changing the PG/VG ratio as most flavours are PG based.

So a 15% flavour added would reduce the nic by around a 1/6 so 5nic?

Glad i bought the litre of each PG/Vg as well so i can add bought nicotine base to it.

Is there anyplace JWC to buy a litre of Nicotine base?
