Granted the fixtures. But cheaper or similarly priced forwards were doing much better with equivalently good fixtures.

Only compared him to Pelle as both Lemlin and FHFC were talking about swapping Pelle to Sturridge.

I fully agree with this. Agüero is a prime example of what can be done in 15 min. And if you compare to Pellè I understand it. But
    1. my front 3 is Agüero - Giroud - Kane. I find it hard to justify ditching one of them for a player who should be a sub at the week-end, especially since it'll have to be a -4 and most probably a -8 for me to do so.

    2. Pellè is a very bad example to compare with. 2 goals and 3 assists in the last 15 games (and they were not all big games). I didn't understand the appeal for him last week... Granted the fixtures. But cheaper or similarly priced forwards were doing much better with equivalently good fixtures.

That said I'm keeping a close eye on him and hope he won't rise too quickly. I haven't been careful enough during my WC last GW and for some reason thought he was due back later...

While Pellé was something of a blunder on my part its also hard to justify dropping him for a potential Sturridge 20 mins run out, given his fixture is against one of the worst defences in the league, and a team who are looking at bringing in a manager who will make that defence even worse!

Pelle had been in good form, having lots of shots on target, with a low chance conversion % (augmented by twice hitting the woodwork) for a team creating lots of chances and was set to play Swansea's defence who had conceded more chances in the box than most of late and who looked down and out in their last two games (incl cup). That was the attraction but it was a punt, and it flopped. Captaining him was an mega punt and it mega flopped!!

Swansea battoned down the hatches, played very very defensively and got a very unexpected result and clean sheet.

But when did you get him in? Didn't you benefit from his rise to £5.9m?

Clyne rising is annoying. But I think I've decided to forget about Saints big defensive gun (unless bertrand drops again). Alder should suit me enough for that matter.

    Siggy down to £6.4m.
If he can link up well with Gomis upfront he could be a steal when back!

Too much to ask for a Friday night rise for Walters as well?? On the wildcard at the minute and had hoped a few short-term bandwagons might see me gain a couple of 0.1ms, but nothing yet.

I had a look at differential and all it had was injury updates etc., now there are a heap of risers/fallers.

Carroll, Cech, Costa, Davidson, Vargas, Sanchez, Benteke and Reid are down.

Wisdom, Coutinho, Silva, Aguero, Bellerin and Cazorla all rose.

fplstatistics.co.uk is the only one I check in with nowadays. Not perfect obviously but generally not too far off

Great :D. Part 1 of masterplan: Successful. Now Wenger not to be a ďĩĉķ. Please...

Wisdom up makes my Baird transfer a definite WC mistake. Ah well can't get them all right...

Likewise. Got rid just before he dropped.

Now for him to not play tomorrow and to drop again before Leicester, and I'll be laughing all the way to the bank... quite literally.

Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if Wisdom loses his place soon. I've been very surprised he's kept it. Looked unsteady even earlier in the season and hasn't improved.

Lots of talk of Wisdom being dropped wouldn't be a big surprise if we didn't see him for a few weeks.

Guardian lineup had him dropped this week. Not as reliable as they used to be though.
