Zaha looks to be gone permanently back to palace

Getting ahead of myself, but would love to take 2nd from City. They're only 5 points ahead and haven't exactly been pulling up trees. If the team could get their sh*t together and play to their ability it would be easily done.

In fairness City have a much stronger first XI and a stronger squad and tend to do well on the run in .I think you will be doing well to keep in the top 4 ,Top 2 is above your level right now.

Has anybody got an opinion on dole scroungers?

On current United form that would be true. City have been fairly mediocre for a lot of the season, if United could get something to click and go on a proper run it wouldn't be out of the question. Liverpool getting top 4 would have been laughed at 2 months ago, now they've a decent shout. Arsenal are flying now too.

I always find somebody using "Well that's my opinion" to justify or solidify a crazy notion similiar to an American using "I'm entitled to free speech" to justify saying something totally outrageous/offensive; Yes you are entitled to freedom of speech, but not entitled to freedom from consequences of making that speech.

With opinions; Yes you are entitled to hold that opinion, but that doesn't automatically stop you from being wrong and/or an idiot for holding it.

Here's my opinion. If you find yourself in a discussion or conversation on here, a discussion forum, and accuse someone of "playing the opinion card", when what we're mainly doing on here is exchanging opinions, you're engaging in just about the thickest course of action imaginable. You're admitting that you're wasting your own, and everybody's time. That was fearsomely stupid. An early highlight of the year.

The same as I'm expressing my opinion that American Football is crap and Rugby is a superior sport. Fine you're free to prefer whatever you like. It doesn't change the fact that you will be judged on it.

This isn't the forum for that discussion anyway so I'll leave it there.

Ssanton seemingly forced out of Newcastle. Would have been a good pick up for United, imo. Cover at both right and left back from an actual full back.

Presumably they wouldn't want him going to another Premier league side.

Bloodbath you thanked my post and maybe you were being ironic, but just to be clear; You coming in here and trying to tell everyone else that something you don't like is shít and those who like it are wrong prompted me to write the post in the first place.

And in case it matters, I'm not really an NFL fan and do like my Rugby Union, but I watched and enjoyed the Superbowl as I have done for most of my adult life. The climax to last night's game was among the greatest modern climaxes in any sport...in my opinion. I can only imagine what it was like if I was actually a fan of either team. Actually now that I think about it...(lightbulb moment)

It seriously was the equivalent on an emotional level of the C.L. final of '99, and there's where I'm dragging this bitch back on topic!!! Yes - Seattle Seahawks are Bayern and the New England Patriots are Manchester United. Victory is but moments away for Bayern/Seahawks, and then in a bizarre, exhilarating, unpredictable instance or two of play, fortunes completely change and dreams are made for one, and a lifetime of regret and 'what if?' created for another.

Except for the Seahawks, at least one person should be fired and blacklisted for their capitulation, Bayern just got Fergied.

Edit; See my error below, Thanks Buckety and I presume a few others by the time I've edited this.

Yep lads, totally on a Monday meltdown here. 3 hours sleep because of said Superbowl on the back of a busy weekend. Replace Juventus with Bayern Munich and my point still stands, even if my confidence doesn't:o

I couldn't care less at this stage.

Your argument works both ways and my initial comment was quite innocuous but as usual on this forum it get's blown out of proportion by a select few.

Katy Perry also wore a fetching West Ham outfit during her time with Brand. Maybe beating the Hammers at the weekend will sway her our way.

Not from what I've been watching for the most part unfortunately, at least not on the consistent level which is required.
