OTC treatments for nasal congestion/blocked nose?

Are there any effective treatments for the above? Tablets or sprays or anything. Every day I suffer from bad nasal congestion/blocked sinuses making it difficult to breathe and even speak properly. It always clears up in the evenings but that's no good for my working week!
