Sports massage / deep tissue around dublin

    I think its time i start getting one of the above once a month to prevent injury. Anyone any good recommendations for therapists which are familiar with weightlifters. Must be a weekend as i work all week.

    Im based in clontarf but dont mind travelling for someone really good

    I'm not sure if Pearse Street Physio do sports massage, per se. Definitely got some great ones to rehab injuries/excessive tightness.

    Ciaran Fitzpatrick in Ballinteer is very highly rated as a physio and for sports massage. Probably best to bring a ball gag with you, by all accounts.

    Micheal Hynes is based in Raheny With a background dealing with Crossfit and weight lifting athletes.

    Alternatively Dave O'Hara over in Southside Strength and Fitness would also have a good background.

    Heard michael Hynes is very good, I went to school with him but hes more for runners so I have heard.

    Will give them a look up cheers mate, I went to one about my trap problem to the one in the edge, hes brilliant but only there for 5hrs on a friday so no use to me. He was about 16 stone and nearly passed out with some of the pain.
