In fairness, that video, while brutal in its own right, is very unlikely to be a video of Michael Brown in Missouri. Snopes went through it - The man in the video has no real resemblance to Brown beyond being a big, heavy set guy who likes to attack people. It was originally posted in 2012 under the title of "Only in Woodland City" when Brown would have been 16. There is no Woodland City in Missouri, and no record of Brown living in anywhere called Woodland City. And there is no other origin or evidence for the video.

I read the Snopes bit and it says probably false so still a chance it's him. Looks very like him in any case.

Read a bit more, don't just look at the pretty pictures.

Do you believe that black people are more predispositioned to commit crime or something? (be a man of conviction and actually answer that question with a yes or no rather than skirting around the question with figures)

The conviction rates and prison stats show a disproportionate amount of young black men are in prison or otherwise involved with the justice system.

The report by the Department of Justice found that, in the case of Ferguson MO, this is down to racial bias on the part of police and city officials.

Is that clear?

There are only 2 reasons why the proportion of arrests far outstrips the demographic.

1. Blacks are inherently more predisposed to commit crimes that whites

2. The police are biased in their arrests and the judicial system is biased in its sentencing.

Since you are refusing to acknowledge 2. then it stands that you say that 1. is true.

Wow, I've never seen so much loaded BS in a single post. Ever.

There is a big difference between "inherently more predisposed to commit crimes than" and "simply commits more crimes than".

Specifically, the latter includes while the former excludes, the possibility that another group commits more crimes for sociological reasons, greater poverty, historical disadvantage, a culture of criminality etc.

But hey, why bother with subtleties and nuances when you just play the "racist" card?
