    Appreciate all the endless advice and tips given to me throughout the year (and thanks in advance for all the annoying head-wrecking questions I'll be asking next year!). Hope Santa comes all over ye and a great time is had by all. :D

    I had a lovely Christmas Eve blowout at 140 last night going to the in laws (the 140 wasn't done in Ireland :P).
    At the beginning I thought the wheel bearing had suddenly failed until the car started acting weirdly - this all happened in the space of a few seconds.
    Pulled over to see smoke coming from the rear tire and the rubber coming off of the rim.
    Queue a 90min attempt at changing the tire in the pitch dark with nothing but cars coming towards me.
    Scary stuff anyway.
    Drive safe everyone today and merry Christmas.

    Waiting for xmas dinner atm while eyeing up a gingerbread house we have in the sitting room trying to decide if the roof or candy snowman will get it first :p

    I can't drink because I've to do the presents run to hers later on. So tempted to sneak off and go for a Christmas drive up the Sally gap before the dinner.

    Where'd you get it from? Need to pick another CQB(ish) rifle next, the M14 isn't ideal and the M870's gas isn't great right now.

    I got the diffin out of my system before I hit the bottle, now to sit back at the fire for the rest of the day :D

    Cut off lever or switch problem, one or the other.

    I was watching it for a while but was afraid of someone else taking it so made my move.

    Looks mint and with those mods it'll be a little beast.
    I may get a pic of my dmr G3 and it when it arrives!

    Bought myself a browning hi-power recently for the same reason:-)I was watching the for sale forum closely, you got it for a bargain price congrats!

    Yeah I was going to chance a bit lower but it was good enough already :)

    Yeah mine is a we hi power and she is a beauty! Only airsoft gun I own right now..i own plenty of boots and uniforms which I wear hiking.. I've never been to a site or a real skirmish sadly I have had plenty of guns steyrs, h&k, etc but only played with them in the farm and garden lol....I have followed it for years and bought magazines, all the time,
    would not mind going for a game some time but none of my usual friends have any interest..

    I'm sure ye've heard of of the expression "ball bearings or engine trouble". Just asked mam how to spell it and she goes bol bearns, woman has been pronouncing it like that for years! Easy knowing she hasn't a clue about cars. Never laughed as much in my life!! :pac:
