Just advised Perth control that he would need to hold to do some checks before making his approach

very unusual to see planes this small show up right until landing, on FR24.

came a very long way also, all the way from Southend! never knew they had such a long distance capability.

JPs chopper just flying around South Dublin, in the Ballybrack/Shankhill area. not sure what he would be doing there!

must have been a refuel somewhere in south dublin, as its now currently over the midlands in the UK...assume its empty apart from pilot and setting itself up for positioning at some airport to shuttle him too and from a race cource when he arrives, perhaps by his private jet.

cant see him being in the chopper itself for this trip, as it doesnt make alot of sense to be in it that long.

You could be right, there is a small hangar and helipad/landing slab in cherrywood right beside ballybrack.
He could also have been checking out all that land around that area that recently got rezoned, not sure if that's his forte.

Every time EI-LIM or JSK is mentioned here you go on about him, want some salt & vinegar for that chip? Why does how he spends his money bother you? What is it? Jealousy? Envy? Who here 'idolises' him anyway? Can't say I've seen any posts on here that suggests what you imply.

Thanks for that info about the lettering on the end of the callsigns, never knew about that before.

With the yellow weather warning in place for the next 48hours things may get interesting. Looking at SNN the forecast is saying gusting 42knots from 1700-1200 tomorrow at 280. The wind has really begun to pick up here on the west coast already.
