I would often disagree with who is considered essential so it's rare enough I'd have a template team. Anyway starting with the next game I need a two pointer from Siggy and no clean sheets to keep my top 5k at the end of this week dream alive. Double digits for Siggy will knock me back considerably.

I think the last 6 to 8 weeks have been perfect for how both of us approach the game as nearly everything that could go right has gone right. We don't worry about ownership or selling players in form or buying players that haven't produced pts yet. The template type players from 8 weeks ago like adm sterling fab costa we would be prepared to avoid or sell before the masses. We also both got in Hazard and sanchez a lot earlier than most. Recent players like baines and Chadli that I avoided got injured lost form . In my case getting a chelsea defender over baines 4 gw's ago. For this reason we tend to go up the rankings quicker when the template doesn't perform the opposite is also true when things go wrong we can drop quite dramatically . It's a riskier way of playing but for me a far more enjoyable way. Enjoy it while it lasts as it's inevitable some of our punts will start backfiring soon. Iroced makes a good point but it doesn't really refer to us as we are quite capable of dropping from 10k to 100k in 3 gws.

Almost everyone captained him in my league this week myself included Ben though I did not really fancy him for much more than a goal
Makes it more interesting especially if I go without costa

Dare I say that Carroll looks an interesting prospect. Great support from both fullbacks. In tandem with Nolan. Set pieces from Downing. 3 into 2 with himself, Valencia and Sakho who's back on the bench is the worry though.
