Do you believe that Wilson had the moral authority to end brown's life?

Brown attacked Wilson. Wtf does "moral authority" have to do with defending yourself against a violent maniac trying to grab your gun?

This is very boring. I thought the cops were gonna get it. These protesters need to get their hands on some plastic explosive to blow a few hundred or more of these lowlife corporate enforcement scum back to reality. Have a nice day.

None of us know who was right because we weren't there

:pac: A little thing called the GRAND JURY has looked at all the evidence (and ignored the lies of the supposed eye-witnesses whose perjury was revealed by examining the actual evidence).

We can indeed know who was right and who was wrong. Very simple in fact.

Most ppl don't loot but the media loves to show certain groups of ppl acting like wild animals.
My theory is that it's a way for disenfranchised ppl to collectively voice their anger at a society they feel ignored by. Kind of like a toddler throwing a tantrum to get the attention of their parents

But they are looting their own community!!! And speaking of parents, lots of youngsters looting that liquor store.

Earlier I quoted you as you claimed "people" wanted a race war and said how they now had what they supposedly wanted.

And yet.....who is that I quoted? A Black democrat lol. Did the supposed "spin-site" make that up? No. They didn't. But facts seem to confuse you.

    Because that's where they reside.
It's not like their going to march into some strange neighborhood and start looting
It's stupid and illogical but humans aren't really known for using logic

Yes brown was wrong but he did not deserve to die.
The media is at it fault for stirring up tensions. You seem to be quite emotional over the case + you're in ireland
Hopefully something positive will come out this stricter gun control laws, cops being required to wear body cameras

What has gun control specifically got to do with this case?

    Anyway.

It seems the tired old tactic of blaming everyone is being used again. This time its the medias fault, last time it was the police. Next time I suppose one can blame whomever for whatever reason. Dismiss, diminish and deny.

There is NO inherent right to riot and cause violence. Instead of hoping for calm you waded in straight away with the 'blame' game. Nice!

Maybe you should question your 'beliefs' rather than blaming others.

I've read plenty on it and I'm yet to read anything which tells me clearly what exactly happened which would explain the amount of shots fired.

You just had it explained very clearly and slowly right before the announcement of the verdict. I genuinely don't get what it is you need to know given the info we heard tonight. Did you listen?

In that post the people I was referring to were the commentators: riots=high ratings, the police: overtime pay, the conservative machine: "these people are animals, more aggressive police tactics are need.
Do you think black democrats were hoping/wanting a race war to take place in ferguson?

I just listen to what they say and watch what they do. Truthfully I don't care what they think since there seems to be nothing more than "blame whitey" happening in that department.

STATE SEN. MARIA CHAPPELLE-NADAL: And I have to tell you, this is St. Louis's race war. We didn't have a race war like other cities throughout the country. This is our race war. And people have to be open, and they have to be honest and they have to earnest, and they have not been earnest for decades. In my own experience, I know people in my own party, in my own government structure who disregard things that we say and how we feel, and we are not going to allow it anymore.

Gun control has everything to do with this. In other countries their uniformed police forces are unarmed so that situations like the brown case do not occur.
Do the Garda routinely carry firearms?
I don't see how I'm playing the blame game. People don't live in a vacuum. Many of our choices are controlled by external forces

*sigh* no where in that quote does she state that wants an actual race war. What she is saying is that people have woken up and will want to dismantle St. Louis' system of racial inequality
Pointing out the existence of racism does not equal "blame whitey"

Nonsensical. What does "gun control" have to do with a violent aggressor attacking an armed policeman-right after he roughed up a shopkeeper whom he'd just stolen cigars from?

And Chicago has strict gun control don't they? Doesn't seem to be making a dent in the sky-high rates of Black on Black crime. But those deaths doesn't seem to bother the virtuous protesters one iota.

I'm watching CNN and a minute ago a girl about 10 years old came into the picture. What sort of parents put their child in such a volatile situation?

I grew up in South London during the riots of 81 & 85. My older brothers were teenagers and no way were they let outside the door when the sh1t was kicking off outside.

Funny because the white police officer is the victim of racism (and mob violence as we speak) in this whole fiasco.

Unarmed police forces would have to use other tactics to subdue violent criminal. If Wilson wasn't armed and trigger happy, brown would still be a live today. He would be in a jail cell but his parents would still have their son.

How do you know those deaths in Chicago don't bother the protesters?
I hate the term black on black on crime. Crime is Crime and most crimes committed in the states are intra-racial

How? He just got exonerated and gets to keep his job

Not much in that really the video is only a minute long. From twitter it seems extremely rare that a grand jury would not indict. Is it correct that to get an indictment it has to be unanimous across the 12?

How? He just got exonerated and gets to keep his job

He's been depicted as a racist cop all across social media. Whether he's guilty or not he's assumed to be guilty by millions.

Lucky him. That's the least he ought to be given. And he's been exonerated because he is innocent and was the victim of a violent attack by a massive Brown who tried to grab his gun.

Still- I guess being hounded for the past few months/being subjected to death threats and being unjustly accused of any number of false charges makes him the bad guy. Will you ever admit Brown was the aggressor just as the evidence has proved? Or will you keep deflecting the blame onto "people" and "the media" ?

For every person who thinks he's guilty there is one person who thinks he's innocent. You can see this on twitter. Most importantly he has the support of the "system" which is far more powerful than social media.
By next month his life will be back to normal and people will be salivating over some other "tragedy"
