dispite being right that guy has a really annoying voice,

if your waiting for the ill informed ill judged idiots here to say sorry you ll be waiting.

the reason that they make the stupid anti police anti establishment anti everything statements is because they are just too damn stupid to look at the evidence/ wait for the evidence before rushing to their own judgment .

I'm not waiting for anything. I am just making sure this thread ends with the factual account of what actually took place.

I do note how funny it is the feeding frenzy has ground to a halt now that the "raaaaaaacist cop" narrative has been revealed as fiction.

ya thats the usual thing that happens with most media driven frenzys .

by the time the facts come out everything is cooled down and they retards with microphones have moved on to creating the next frenzy

Why shouldn't a cop have a second job? As long as it's vetted through the department, like any other good American, he can have an income commensurate to his willingness to work.

Erm. Most law enforcement officers are cops 24/7. They may or may not be on their duty shift, but they are still sworn officers and always retain their law enforcement authority as recognised by the State. They may, however, lose various protections of sovereign immunity if working outside of their LEO duties or if they do not identify themselves as LEOs before using their authorities. Many agencies have additional qualifiers.

If the knife or knuckleduster in question isn't being used to threaten the cop, talk to me again.

In fairness, you have to note that that was the decision of the Grand Jury of citizens, not the prosecutor deciding not to move forward.

Would you ever listen to yourself...."....like any good American".
How vomit-inducing, like your fcking chosen people are the only ones who work. Like the rest of the world is just a bunch of dossers.

Who on earth do you think you are?

    All nationalities do it.

You'll find just as many nationalistic pronouncements from Irish people on here and the Brits do it constantly.

Its just that people hate when Americans do it, especially people on here who have the massive anti-american chip on their shoulders.

    :)

Michael Brown's mother has been named as one of the 'attackers' who assaulted and robbed vendors selling t-shirts commemorating the youngster's death.

A report from Ferguson police identified Lesley McSpadden, 34, as one of a group of up to 30 people that ran into the tent and ransacked the stall in the Missouri city on Saturday October 18.

Pearlie Gordon, 54, Brown's mother-in-law, and two men were selling 'Justice for Mike Brown' merchandise when the subjects 'jumped out of vehicles and rushed them' during what police are classifying as an armed robbery.

Wow. Despite the evidence released which confirms Officer Wilson's account of what happened.....more violence looms:
All around this small suburb, people are bracing for the grand jury’s decision, with the wide expectation that the officer, Darren Wilson, will not face serious charges for shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown six times.

Government officials have said that forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on Officer Wilson’s gun, giving credence to the officer’s account that at one point he was pinned in his vehicle and engaged in a struggle over his gun with Mr. Brown. He told investigators that he had feared for his life, and police officers are typically given wide latitude to defend themselves if they feel their safety is threatened.

Nor are civil rights charges expected. Federal officials have said that while their investigation is continuing, the evidence so far does not support such a case against Officer Wilson.

But people protesting police tactics, who have continued to hold marches here since the shooting on Aug. 9, say they envision larger, angrier demonstrations should Officer Wilson walk free. Fearing renewed unrest, the police in the region have bought new riot gear, called meetings with nearby departments and held special training seminars.

Why on earth would there be "civil rights charges"? The New York Times seems sad the evidence didn't go the other way....poor darlings.

This will all die a death because the actual facts and truth will come out that does not fit the racial narrative of this story. It was clear people wanted mob justice not the truth or actual justice.

Not saying it's not true, but something is kind of fishy about this video and the story.

"The #Ferguson mob promptly deleted the recording on Mr. Schaefer’s phone, apparently removing the evidence of their beat down, prior to having his phone returned to him as he sat bloodied and bruised in the hospital emergency room."

Pretty convenient of them to get into his phone if he had a password or whatnot, and also rather polite of them to return it to him after having beaten him senseless, and the video - which seems to be popping up almost only on sites like this of The Blaze (Glenn nutjob Beck's website) - just seems a bit off, for some reason. It might just be me, it just seems odd.

Also, on the front page of this website, the main stories involve blaming Trayvon Martin for a school teacher being assaulted, a prayer beside pictures of soldiers, a story about Jihadists planning to kill the Queen of England, this little gem, oh... and the conservative guitarist from Aerosmith has a new cat!

probably because he was shot because he was black. lets face it the officer was always going to get away with it, nobody would expect anything else.

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Provable horsesh1t. But hey-don't let the facts interrupt the juicy narrative you've constructed there ;)

Grand Jury reached their verdict, prosecutor expected to announce outcome soon.

They seem to keep stalling the announcement.

The verdict will be in about 15 mins but CNN is saying no indictment.

EDIT: Now saying "Source close to Officer Wilson says he believes there will be no indictment."

We'll know in 10 mins anyway.

    Jaysus.

Whether he is guilty or not is questionable, but to not even put the question to trial?? Madness

CNN are basing it on the the fact the officer hasn't been asked to turn himself in. So they could be wrong.

Given the large crowds that have gathered in Ferguson, one would think they had no TVs.

Are they simply waiting for a riot?
