  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,588 ✭✭✭daithijjj

65 if Clyne's 1 BP holds. Looking around, pleased with that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,274 ✭✭✭✭FHFC

49 should be a decent enough score.

Getting 12 points from that dire game made it just about worth the chore of watching it!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,628 ✭✭✭✭Rikand

with Berty on 2 Baps, will give me 40 overall and the week won't be the total train-wreck it started out looking like

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,256 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Should end up on 52 if Bertrand gets the bps. Happy with that, on to next week!

I fcuking sold Clyne for Baines. Aaaggghhhhh. I really just feel like quitting now. I'll calm down later but this was the week from fcuking hell.

31 points in a week that will be very hard to recover from. 8 point hit on the way to get Costa in. Next week already a disaster before a ball is kicked.

Baines better repay me big time because he is the cause of all this sh!t.

I lose my PL H2H because of that goal. I said it earlier in the weekend that Clyne would score.

42 (-4). Rival got 58 which is a pain. Bertrand the pr*ck. Horrible, horrible week.

Let's erase GW12 from our minds and bring on GW13!

ESP added. Clyne loses a lot of BPS and it's: Agbonlahor 3, Berty 2, Clark 1

Every point less helps :). That yellow looks like it cost clyne owners 3 points

Two point yellow card since it would have been Berty 25 BPS, Clyne 24 BPS

Jesus, what a horrible season so far for me. Even when things work my way they still manage to f*** me a tad ...

The one comforting thing is that this GW's results are confirming my stats analysis of GKs. A few examples.
    • Foster loses 2-0 in Stamford Bridge but still manages 3 pts. The best away keeper so far.
    • Forster no saves tonight. Don't count on him for that. So during Saints tough run it may be a lot more valuable to keep a def than him. It's double or quits with Forster. CS or nothing.
    • Fabianski is also good on the road. 3 pts from 2 goals conceded at the Etihad.
    • Krul carries on his glorious run. For his price you can't ask for much.
    • Green continues making tons of saves and grabbing pts from them. 3 pts at Saint James Park including 1 from his saves (was just 1 shy of a second save pt).

So considering the teams with the most favourable fixtures up to the Jan WC
    1. Man City, QPR and AV with favourable runs.
    2. Hull with a good one
    3. CP, WB, Newcastle & Everton with decent ones.
this weeks results reinforce my conclusions from the 11 previous GWs.

Krul, Green, Speroni or Guzan could be great cheap options to drive you to the Jan WC .

Any reason you excluding Fabianski/SSwansea in that 123? His fixtures looking pretty good too me. I know they have 3 of 4 away over the xmas double headers but the aways include Hull and QPR. Spurs (h) and Pool (a) are their toughest games on paper on the next 9.

Yeah that's because of this 3 away out of 4 during Christmas. I'd put Fabianski just behind the ones I cited. Think I can remove Hull though. We actually only have partial stats for them (since they used their 3 GKs) and McGregor pts are distorted by his GW1 14 pts. Also their fixtures are pretty good for Christmas but not ideal before.

But yeah Fabianski could be a decent option. And to get 3 pts at the Etihad just proves it ;).
