When I was pregnant I had melted marshmellows on toast the second trimester they made me sick the third trimester. I couldn't face one now.

So... I'm a strange eater, I eat things that shouldn't go together but I find them to taste great!

Currently I'm eating crushed up Meanies with grated cheese... I'll add cheese to anything really!

    Mayonnaise on pizza too... Om....

Have you got any weird food combinations that you just love? :)

Bar the usual Tayto and chocolate that is!:pac:

I'm really interested to hear if there's any more weird eaters out there!

when i was backpacking years ago i discovered that cheese , chicken and green curry paste was very tasty !!

Italian colleague of mine invited us to diner some day and made a dish from his region. A salad made of oranges, onions and olives. Sounded very weird but was great.
One of my favourites is kouneli stifado, a Cretan rabbit dish with garlic, onions, tomatoes, rosemary and ... cinnamon. Again delicious.

When i'm eating leftover curry i sometimes enjoy a slice of buttered bread with it. Not that weird imo. I did go through a phase of honey in sandwiches. Honey and mayo and colesaw and cheese. Nom!

Frothy steamed milk with banana pieces for dipping.

Peanut butter and jam on salted rice cakes with dark choc melted on top.

When I was younger I ate ketchup- covered corned beef slices by the packet.
I always dip my crisps into my tea.
Curry is often paired with mashed potatoes.
Raw carrots dipped in sweet chilli sauce (is that one strange?)

No one has mentioned sugar sandwiches yet. Not that I enjoy them, but I'm glad to see they have been exterminated. The weirdo's.

Peanutbutter and red onion on toast

Loads of whole grain or English mustard in my mashed potato. Actually loads of mustard with most things

Gingernut biscuits broken up and mixed in with a wee bit of yoghurt and some dried fruit

If you eat pickles and peanuts at the same time it tastes kind of like Meanies

It's lovely! I personally don't think it's weird at all but I've gotten some very negative reactions to it in the past so I thought it belonged here :pac:
