New to weight training and nausea.

    So I’ve recently undertaken a commitment to improve my health, and in the process lost a few stone, with about 2.5-3 left to go. To continue with this , I’ve recently started a weight lifting class. I’ve had two classes so far, supervised and doing things like dead lifts etc. About 10 minutes before the end of each class I’ve suddenly felt nauseous and like my limbs are slightly pins and needle-y if that makes sense? It’s not stopping me completing the class, but it’s unpleasant. I eat about 2 hours before the class, so I didn’t think it would be blood sugar, but maybe? Is this normal, and if so, can I do anything to alleviate it, or will it pass as my strength increases?

    If you're new to it and pushing yourself then getting really drained priori a bit light headed can happen. It happens people who have been training for ages also!

    If it gets worse or is happening all the time, I'd advise speaking to a doctor though.
