Jesus dynamite what are you bloody speculating about Mirror spoilers for on here. At least spoiler them out with the tags ffs

I've given nothing away, if any thing I've advised you to avoid the daily mirror so that you won't see said spoiler. Explain otherwise - in a spoiler tag if necessary - but I can't see how I've given anything away there?

Nevertheless, I've deleted my comment in case it's being perceived as a spoiler.

What was the significance of the toy and the zoo before she pushed him?

    Mother of God.

Elmo and Paulie secretly discussed meeting at the zoo...Siobhan turned down her tv so she could hear them. The cops had the zoo staked out. When Paulie became aware of that, he knew that there was a rat. Then when Siobhan was wasted and Paulie was professing his undying love she said "why didn't you bring me back a cuddly toy from the zoo?" which was a big mistake.

Siobhan had overheard him talking to Elmo about meeting at the Zoo on the balcony and passed information on to the Guards. Paulie then knew that someone had passed on this information when he seen the cops and Siobhan made the unfortunate mistake of mentioning the Zoo when she wasnt meant to have known he was there. Paulie put 2 and 2 together but unfortunately for him he went for a bungie jump...without the rope

That is irrelevant. He still would have wanted actual details. BTW, not all possible that maybe someone else had a grudge? It was very poorly done. Even a quick scene with Patrick saying someting like: "Right, I wanna know everything that happened for you to come and shoot at me." Then a cut and then his death.

I have to say I agree with this, thought it was a bit strange that he didn't ask him anything

He'd spotted the cops at the zoo so pulled the meeting and knew someone was ratting him out. When she mentioned the zoo he realised that she'd been eavesdropping as he hasn't mentioned it takes her, she heard it when she lowered the volume down when he was talking to Elmo on the balcony.

What are the chances of Tommy recovering?
Like if he does wake up can he go back to the old tommy of pre brain injury or will he go back to the new fizzy orange, flashing strangers type of Tommy?

I'd say he will wake up with a memory. Last time he spoke, he was saying Nidge organised a hit on Darren and Nidge says it was the 'RA did that. I said it at the time that I feel that Tommy remembered Nidge had hit him by the end of season 4's final episode and collapsed.

He was never the brightest the poor lad but id imagine he'll never be the pre-2012 Tommy again.

Although he did wake up to a rather good looking nurse over his bed i notice so no doubt she might get a sight of his bits before the series ends whether she likes it or not. :D

When your target audience is Ireland and you are trying to be realistic you can't make glaring omissions like that. They could have easily picked somewhere that made sense.

    .
i disagree....locations are all over the place

Also don't get why the junkie was hired in the first place...

According to Paulie he was going to hunt him down for sport....but who needs coherence right?

Nidge is trying to stay on top of things, he's already seen Paulie screw up once. Also, if Paulie had killed Patrick, Nidge would owe Paulie for the hit. Using the junkie cost nothing.

It also shows Paulie was all talk, hanging of his uncle's reputation.

Nidge never seemed to have much faith in Paulie and you could not blame him. As all Nidge saw was an idiot besotted with his niece who was all talk and no action. If Nidge relied 100% on him, Fran, the travellers or whoever would have got him long ago.
