Cavan is North Dublin outside of North Dublin.With a slowly climbing heroin problem and ull of peeps who would threaten to"break yer face"and whos main weekend activity is travelling to the springs disco to fight with the even worse people of Granard in Longford.Granard is full of settled travellers who venture into cavan at the weekend for rows.And shams of about 8 yers old from the local halt who follow people from outside the cinema into the public toilet and start tapping their pockets while your pissing after previously having asked you for 5 cents and then get mental when they hear the jingle of cash in your pocket.I jocked(or wedgied,depending where you live)one of them who tried this.
And theres nobody in the area who doesnt know local notorious dude Red Terry.
But TBF some skangers are sound enough.True some will rob your phone if you take your eyes offn it but there are a substantial number of them who arent all that bad.

As for anywhere else,North west Dublin(Tallaght,Blanchardstown,Finglas,Ballymun)the inner city,Dundalk and Navan seem to be pretty sham infested.

Bray is deinantly no1 choice for skanger day trippers... I used to work in a busy pub on the seafront in bray (that brewed there own beers ahem) & I would be nearly in tears if it was a sunny sunday afternoon, they were like ants infesting assimilating ordinary folk
