Those feckin Duggars on that 19 Kids and Counting. My daughter is watching it the whole time lately:(. First of all, 19 kids, why would anyone sane do that? The mother does my head in, she is so sickly sweet. I'd pay to see her get hammered and lose the plot with the lot of them. She needs to let a few roars out of her, I'd say she is so repressed.
That Supernanny wrecks my head too, so bloody smug. I'd love to see her fail miserably with a family. I hope she has kids of her own some day, and they turn out to be delinquents.

Aww :( I got a baby pink oversized shapeless coat at the weekend, thinking it was the business.

Lexie on Rale it probably looks amazing on you cos you're young, skinny and beautiful.
It would look awful on a small roundy person like me.

This! Went shopping at the weekend with the will to try clothes on and spend money (so rare the two happen at once) and there was nothing to buy! All the shops had the same collection of crap clothes. Was so annoyed cause I needed new stuff for work.

On that note, sitting in work with nothing to do. New job covering for someone and nobody seems to know what I'm meant to be at exactly.

It is! But it just annoys me that they dont have anything else, even a small amount. This year I want a black wool mid length winter coat, fitted and preferably with a belt. I dont want anything that's shapeless or has ahuge collar or flares out a mile at the bottom...cant find one anywhere!

I'd a lovely cup of coffee made this morning and savoured the first sip... 'aaaaaahhhhhhhh', lovely.
Then I get a colleague to my desk asking lots of questions and I help out... no bother.
When I return to my cuppa, its gone cold and nowhere as nice!!
I need to put a sign on my desk for once I've a freshly made cuppa not to disturb me for at least 5 mins...

That happens me when I get a hot chocolate out of the machine. People see you're free and start a chat while all I'm thinking is that I need to get downstairs to dip my bikkies in while it's hot.

It's often the case that when one has money, the shops are full of sh1te and when one hasn't a bean, they are falling down with all the lovely stuff we want :( This too is a trivial annoyance :)

Also the conflicting should I/ Shouln't I? Conversation with self goes a little like:

I am super fat right now, nothing looks good on me.
Ok I'll wait til I lose ten kilo and then treat myself.
Oh but then the clothes will be small and I'll grow out of them again.
And I feel bad about myself so buying clothes will make me feel better.
Not if you're fat, it wont.
Ok, I'll just eat a cake instead.

Plus, its raining now so here we go with the usual "God its raining!" and other stupid utterances that the water from the sky brings.

Haha, oh god you've me described to a tee! This inner monologue has been going on for so long though that I have no clothes left to wear!

Need to lose that ten kilos and I'll have a whole new wardrobe of things I already own that don't fit me that I haven't binned. Can't bin the too small clothes, because I am going to lose the weight....at some stage..but first, cake.

Reminds me of a sign my mother has:: I keep losing weight, but it keeps finding me!

They're Quiverfull types, that's why. "Be Fruitful and Multiply" as the 11th Commandment.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Have you tried Debenhams? They're usually fairly reliable for the sort of coat you're looking for.

People who always feel cold and keep complaining about it. Particularly the one person that seems to exist in every office who keeps asking everyone else if they are cold and when everyone says they are Okay they respond with "Really, are you sure? Because I'm really cold."

They're usually very skinny people, who could do with eating a few big dinners. A neighbour of ours is all boney and lately she's wrapped up like she's heading off to Siberia everytime I see her. They're missing that vital layer of fat that keeps us warm. :D

Debenhams is one of those shops that I always go into - "ooh lets go into Debenhams" and spend ages there...and come out with nothng! I dont know why. Used to be the same with Awear :( I'll have a look at the website :)

    Maybe something like this

    http://www.debenhams.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10052_10001_017010315760_-1

    but...crepe? :P

Read today that as part of the refurbishment of St Mels Cathedral in Longford (it got gutted in a fire a few years back) the pillars are being done in genuine 25.5 carat gold paint. Yes I know that its all covered by insurance but this is really bugging me. Its being lauded as a wonderful thing and Im just thinking that regular gold paint looks pretty much the same and might feed a few homeless with the difference.
    Bah.

I really need to improve my wardrobe. I have one dress that I am not ashamed of. One. Waiting until I lose weight to improve it though.... any year now....

The cat is bugging me looking for food and when I give it to her she just walks away from it and goes outside.

    Pretty coats. :D

Trivially annoying: having nobody to talk to on my lunch break, so I'm just back at my desk.

I dont like the funnel neck on the first one, and the second one has that shapeless thing going on :(

    (Stomps feet) :D

My gran would call the top one a bum breezer lol. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. I might take myself off to Boyers at lunchtime :P

They're nice coats. By that I mean, nice on someone else. No way they'd look nice on me, a chunky five foot nothing. I bought a couple of pea coats a few years ago, still wearing them in winter.

I'm fussy as hell with clothes too. And accessories. The plainer, the better for me. Trivially annoyed that I'm sartorially boring! :o

I'm 6' 2'' and I have a full-length leather overcoat that extends down to my ankles. It trivially annoys me that I can't wear it without being mistaken for Herr Flick from 'Allo 'Allo. :pac:

I need to clear out my wardrobes because in the main one, the bar is actually dipped in the middle. Every morning I open it I expect it to be broken.
