I read that book The Hot Zone (it's all about the history of ebola and various outbreaks). It is very scary.

Do you think Ireland could handle a serious epidemic?

Ireland couldn't handle a hot potato.

Are you a bit of a hypochondriac?

Yep! Except I'm too tight to actually pay to go to a dr.

Have you ever left anything serious go, without going to see a dr when you really should have went

Yes and almost bled to death. All because I was too embarrassed to go to the doctor.

Would you openly discuss 'womens troubles'? ;)

With my boyfriend I'd have no problem discussing it. Not with a doctor though, I had an issue just before Christmas where I actually thought I was going to die and it was still preferable over going to the hospital.

    Are you afraid of needles

    No, not at all

    What are you afraid of?

Used to be but not anymore. Get enough stuck in you and you lose the fear.

    Have you ever fainted?

I can erect many things but a tent is not one of them, unless its a tan tent

    Does that count

    Are you outdoorsie

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

Yeah. I'm a bit confusing. I'm a girly girl but I like outdoorsy stuff and I don't mind getting dirty.

Best and worst things about your job?

I manage my own time, have a cool office with a panoramic view of the city, and I get to play with the biggest, coolest, most expensive toys available to computer science. The downside is, in one word, Dilbert. :pac:

    Do you like your job?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

Best is I love what I do so much it's not like going to work at all
Worst is people who expect free stuff, and women who have very poor hygiene

If you weren't in the industry you're in, what would you like to do

    Right now, anything else.

Do you know of any jobs going?

World Superbike racer, or rebuilder of hideously expensive automatic transmissions. I'd be so good I'd be nearly deified, and make shytte-loads a' moolah.

    Is your cold improving?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 516 ✭✭✭wuzziwig

I'd like to be a physio to the Munster Rugby team.

    What is your worst habit?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k
