    Hi Everyone,

    I am thinking of joining this Gym, I was wondering if anyone knows if it's too busy early in the morning around 7-8 AM?

    I am mainly looking for free weights resistance training not interested in classes or anything else just old school iron training. So it would be great to know if the free weights area is busy at that time?

    Decent gym- quite small but never overly busy.
    Between 7 and 8 it is usually fine

    Sorry don't have experience with the gym but check out grabone.ie they have a deal at the moment for energie fitness.
