    On paper, that may be true.

    However, Mayo had their chances to beat Kerry and should have done so, but shit themselves with the finishing line in sight in the first game.

    Mayo just lacked that killer instinct, a quality that can't be found on paper and Kerry wanted it more.

    I say all this as a Mayo fan.

    Makes sense to me! Two best gaelic FOOTBALL teams. Both made bad tactical errors in respective semis which cost them and mayo were down to 14 men in fitst match whixh although inspired them somewhat to change tactics, it cost them in the end.

    Respect to Kerry though

    Durcan lost the final for them, but very few of the Donegal players played well. They can all take there share of the blame.
