I've been suffering with tinnitus for 3 years. A ringing in my ears and a drone in my head. Like an engine ticking over in my head. Has anyone any ideas how to ease the stress?

I know someone who had/has it. Check out Turning down the Volume by Kevin Hogan. It's essential reading for sufferers.

Edit: And could change your life if it's problematic. The very best of luck, it CAN be overcome.
