If you don't get your B (and I'm sure you will), get your parents to argue that you deserve a place based on your work in the class since you came back to school, not your performance on one day three months ago.

    Thanks again, Spurious

    Oooh sounds fun!

I got so much homework this week, in one particular subject my teacher is of the opinion that "Shur you've all weekend to do it, it's not much!"

Doesn't mean I wanna spend my whole weekend doing homework!

    Thankfully it's all done.

    Any help in this question.
using the difference of two squares, factorise:
    (2x+y)squared - 4
It is on page 14 in the text and test 6(black one)
    much appreciated.

    I take it your mean factorise (2x+y)^2 - 4:
    (2x+y)^2 - 4
    (2x+y)^2 - 2^2
Now use difference of two squares, a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b) to get
    (2x+y+2)(2x+y-2)

Nah, bit too early for me.

I'll probably start about Halloween or that.

I'm doing extra learning for Italian and Irish, just because they're probably my worst subjects. :P
