What's the likelihood of Need for Speed Rivals coming to the vault soon? Is there any solid evidence suggesting so? I want it and it's down to just €19 on the U.S store right now :/

Well it's cover, along with NBA14/UFC/PvZ, was shown in the early promo images

Dragon Age Inquisition is in there too for some reason, but as those 4 are past games it would make me think they will be coming to the service.

There isn't many EA games out on the XB1 so I'd presume we don't have long left before it drops into the vault.

So got the XB1 yesterday and signed up for the EA Access. Such a good job and well worth the €25. Will be good to see what other games will be added to the vault.
Saved me money so WIN WIN :)

Hmm. Since NFS Rivals is on DwG this week, it might be a while before it hits the Vault.

It would undo much of the positive will that EA have received for this excellent program if people buy the game half price this week, only for it to go 'free' next week.

Looks like I'll have to wait before I play it then.

If someone signs up to the vault say in a few weeks/months...will they get all the current vault games open to them, or just the ones that have been added since they subbed?

As far as I know, it's all of them. It's not operating like Games with Gold in that regard.

    Every game since day 1.

Cheers guys. Will sub around Xmas time when the new Xbox will no doubt be requested from Sir Christmas. Seems like very decent value, all those games for a yearly sub?.

So Rivals has been added to the vault already. Suprised at the speed of that actually, thought that they could get away with not adding a game for another month or two.

    See here.

The value proposition of EA Access is only going up really.

They've updated the story with a Correction:
an earlier version of this story erroneously said Need For Speed Rivals has already been added to the collection. It will be made available sometime in the coming weeks.

I can't wait. I've been close to getting this before but I tend to tire of driving games quickly and ot wasn't worth €69

I would've been surprised if it went into the vault this week, just after they sold it 50% off last week (the same price as a year of Access).

It's great value so far. I've more than got my money's worth

That makes more sense all right. Still feel sorry for everyone that bought it during the deals with gold.

It wasn't deals with god though was it? I thought I only saw it's dlc on sale and now the actual game, I could be mistaken.

It certainly wasn't deals with God. :pac:

Not sure myself. I already own the game, so I didn't even bother to look, was just going by what was said above.

Yeah. Might scratch that itch and save me from buying Forza Horizon 2...

Awesome. Thanks for the heads up :)

I suddenly have the problem on Xbox One of having too many games to play and not enough time.

EA Access brought Battlefield 4 and now NFS Rivals (I already had FIFA and Peggle ... Madden, meh).

Not to mention Super Time Force Ultra and the free Forza weekend this weekend, too.

Great stuff and all this extra gaming just cost the €25 for EA Access (OK, the cost of XBL Gold as well for Forza / STFU, but I was already subscribed to that thanks to CDKeys.com :))

Any1 know how to do this through the smartglass app

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 933 ✭✭✭Furp

unfortunately not in the smart glass app games that are in vault only show up as play in EA access rather then you being able to purchase them for remote download.

Finally took the plunge today and signed up, need for speed alone was worth the asking price.

Buying EA Access is the easiest gaming decision I have had to make in a while.

Need for speed alone makes this worth it. Delighted with this ea access, one thing ea have done right. Have they got a nee ceo by any chance ? :D

It's mad. So for a new Xbox One owner, they get 5 games for 25 euro.

I don't care what Sony say, that is a massive advantage for MS.

Yeah and by this time next year it could very well be closer to ten.

Very surprised by EA Access and its offerings.

It's a no brainier purchase that's for sure. And as long as they keep adding games it will be worth it.

For this year anyways, its a bargain.
