Seems to be about the same C-130 to C-17 ratio usual on the Atlantic ( 1:4 or thereabouts ) but more Herks routing over the south of Ireland; possibly due to winds at their lower cruising altitude.

C-5s always seem to stick to the Scottish corridors to / from the Atlantic, I've never yet seen one overhead NI.

Main arrival slot for the NATO Summit ( Thu / Fri in Cardiff ) will be 17:00 to 20:00 on Wednesday evening. Should be lots of interesting things heading into Brize Norton including VC-25.

Annoyingly totally blocked on FR24 is the UK Met Office's flying lab G-LUXE, now landing at Prestwick.

It's actually the first ever BAe 146, formerly G-SSHH, gradually stretched over time into the 300-series.

What does cabin not secure mean?

Cabin crew have to do security checks before landing, everyone in their seats, seat belts on, tables up, galley equipment secure etc. So if the cabin isn't secure and someone gets hurt by a flying galley cart, the crew are going to have tea and biscuits with the boss, so a "cabin secure" signal for takeoff and landing is a requirement.

In addition the aircraft cannot push back until the cockpit get this "cabin secure" confirmation.....hence the reason the cabin crew want you to sit the feck down quickly.

AAL241 from Dusseldorf to Chicago is squaking the 77's just off the north west Coast of Scotland and has done a 180 deg and heading back. Seems to maintaining altitude at FL380 for the moment.
