Oh, hurling! I do in me fooken hole! I've no interest in hurling really, might watch it if the father is (he played for Kilkenny in his youth) but apart from that I wouldn't.

A guy I work with is the Tipp team's PRO and even he can't get tickets for himself!

Guess I won't see you there then ;)

Just doing a clean out of my toolbox and I've come to realize some of the best tools i've owned are all under a tenner
tesco pliers, stubby spanners, wire cutters, the infamous sump scewdriver :D

Went to a Ford dealer to get these jumper wires this evening. As you can see they are tiny, and look like a simple wiring job. Even still they cost me €30 a piece, madness!

I've a small ratchet set that I got in lidl for €20. I use it for everything from car work to changing cooker elements and everything in between. Rarely have to touch the toolbox since I got it. Best 20 quid I ever spent

Yep! I got two of of them haha, my first socket set was a tenner in a pound shop and i done all the work on my astra bumper with it, then i got my massive halfords yoke, then the lidl one, its handy to have in the car so it is, because most bolts on a saab are 13mm and that's the biggest one in it :D

Same with the Volvo. I actually changed the seats with just that set alone.

So I've parked in my usual spot in the rcsi. On the nearby ledge is a load of tinfoil rolls and balls of tinfoil. Not dodgy atall.

    I may find a new spot :(

They werent using the tinfoil for cooking or anything culinary. No cameras there either and out of everyones sight

Burnt balls of tin foil would be a sign of drug paraphernalia SH.

They use the tinfoil to heat heroin.

I was considering doing this mself, where did you find them, streaming or download?

On another note I got a rear bumper to complement the rest of the car, its the wrong colour as it came off a Diablo red Chaser that might be familar to some on here.

Think I saw a cloned car earlier on the way home. Number plate hanging off on the front, and another one underneath that was different (different counties!). There was traffic and it was going the other way so I couldn't take down the details.

It was an older Mazda 6 and out on the border of Raheny and Killester.

I think I may have finally solved why my diesel S40 is drinking so much and there is sweet fcuk all I can do about it.
I was driving it on the motorway this evening when I started paying attention to the rev counter.
At 100km/h it's revving at 2000rpms in 5th gear, bring it to 130km/h and it's at nearly 3000rpms!!
So I'm going to assume that the gearing ratios are all wrong on this car.
    Or.. I'm talking ****e.
