Neck pain

Mods, please move if this is in the wrong place - not too sure where this should go I am suffering badly with neck, head and face pain. It's now interfering with my sleep as I get a lot of pressure in my head and neck when I go to bed. Can anyone tell me if I need a chiropractor, an osteopath or a physiotherapist to help…
