Some strange coverage today. They just showed a JB Holmes (-2) bogey putt. We've seen none of the likes of Furyk and Fowler who aren't miles off and not that much of Scott and Rose either who are near the top of the leaderboard.

It's been like that all week, pretty terrible coverage.

Scott drops another. His world no 1 spot in serious danger now.

A few times it has been ads, ads for the USPGA, ads for the Ryder Cup, then a quick dash back to the course to see Rors and Sergio play a hole in about 2 minutes. Who says the pros are slow ?

    That could be it

Missed that. Do you think my missus would notice if I hit rewind!

Keegan Bradley's caddy looks a bit like Colin Byrne

The 16th here would be so much better if it was tempting for players to go for in 2. Rory has it won now, have to say he has won it more than Garcia has lost it. The two birdies last night and the three at the start today was the difference. Fair play to him, unreal form, 6/1 for the PGA actually looks like value.

Looking like Rory will be world number 1 after today's round which is about right.

Coverage is mental. I thought there was only 3 playing for a while! As for the coverage of the worlds no. 1, if Woods was no. 1 and in last place you'd see every single shot he took.

We were spoiled with the BBCs coverage of the open.

    Good from Rory.
Sergio just doesnt have the head for it. The only man in the top 10 over par, when 2,3,4,5,6 unders are plentiful.

Seriously impressive yet again. Something has really clicked into place the last few weeks for him. Poor Sergio just can't seem to deliver in final rounds.

Really? What about the 2012 season when Rory was absolutely dominating world golf?

Garcia too nice for his own good. A title wrestled off him there very easily, regardless of how good RM was playing. Really disappointed for him as he's clearly world class. But he doesn't deserve anything when he relinquishes leads so easily on final days.

I'd say he was quite happy while in the honeymoon period with her but as time went on and last season especially he knew deep down he didn't want it.
Bound to be stressful considering how high profile they became.

It's no coincidence the week he called it a day with her he won the BMW imo.

As far as I can tell, today's finish moves McDowell into an automatic qualifying place for the Ryder Cup ahead of Luke Donald.

Jamie Donaldson's position is looking increasing shaky, having been passed by Garcia and Stenson and nearly caught by Bjorn in the European Points List. He's moved slightly ahead of Donald in the World Points List, but there's less than 1 point in it, so in danger of being passed there too. I can't see him making the team at this stage unless there's a dramatic turnaround in his form over the next few weeks.

Suddenly. The European Team looks very strong.

Nothing wrong with the way team is coming together.

Don't fancy Bjorn under real pressure.

So potentially GMac and X in for Donald and Donaldson.

    X = Gallacher or Poulter?

Rory's average drive this week was 318 yards. That's almost............. I won't lower the Tones :);)
