I drink a pot or more of tea a day. Is it ok while on a bulking diet?

God, if I found out I had to give up tea while maintaining a healthy diet I'd cave for certain! Tea is the solution to all problems!

How's your form when drinking? Pinky out or not?

    Thumbless grip?

Or 'scald grip' as it's usually known.

But seriously there is absolutely nothing wrong with drinking tea. Maybe try and reduce the amount of sugar you use. I used to put 3 spoons of sugar per mugs, this added up when you consider I might be drinking 7 mugs of tea a day. I now use stevia.

To be honest getting rid of sugar completely in your tea really isn't difficult! I stopped years ago and it's lovely without sugar. Tastes odd to me now to add sugar! :)

Agreed. I always hated tea, and I think it's because people always served it weak with too much milk and sugar.
