One could easily say the same or more about someone who is so weak and so intolerant that they cannot abide the idea of other people who actually care about something enough to stand up for it.

One could but if one watched the video one would think otherwise.

You might be happy to get yourself involved in a defamation case, I don't think boards will be backing you or facilitating it.

Are they gonna back you when DCC sue your ass for unproven accusations?

I just got the sillyness indicator fixed and you broke it again!

Could the last 20 pages of this thread be split off into a separate thread entitled "Trolls and the people who fall for them"?

Yep...I think you are right...let him rave away and ignore him. GOnna head into the garden and listen to some good music.

You can't sue for what has been stated and proven by the Planning tribunal, Aiken however does not have DCC's track record and therefore is entitled to his good name without being liabled here.

I'm surprised the mods have not stepped in to protect boards.ie

Or "people who are reduced to name calling when they have nothing else"

Right, let's never allow the standard of public service in Ireland to improve..

    LOL.

Well, it will never improve if we blame a country and western singer for a fiasco which they had little or nothing to do with creating.

The cheek of him wanting to play five concerts here. Who does he think he is loike.

What about people like End of the Road who have been constantly slandering the residents as money grabbers who want to destroy the GAA? Do you condemn that too, or are people allowed libel who you want them to?

I'd withdraw the written accusation you made about aiken first though, or it might be an expensive gardening session for you

Come back to us when you sell 190 million records . . . .

Where did he sell them though?
Ireland is looking like some redneck backwater in all this

Would they be like the residents who forged other residents signatures ?

Proof? Otherwise you're accusing them of something without proof. Whats that called again?

Seeing as it is beyond handling a mere 5 concerts in an honest, efficient, and transparent manner, you said it.

Can anyone lend me 15,000 and a suit?

That'll be why I blame Aiken and the Croke Park management then.

It was a question, read it again . . . . why did DCC report it to the guards when they were forced to ?

    Try a DCC councillor . . .

Find me a stadium anywhere else in the world which holds 80,000 people running five concerts on five consecutive nights. And I mean 80,000 people per concert.

    Try a DCC councillor . . .

The 'councillors' tried to get the decision overturned and failed.
Perhaps you should familiarise yourself with who made this decision, your knowledge is very scant on fact and details.

Any of the multiple cities in the world with a stadium capacity of 80,000

    Glasgow alone has two.

Would they be like the residents who forged other residents signatures ?

Various posters have labelled "residents" as money grabbing. Ie all residents. And Sindo allegations that SOME have forged docs still doesn't proof they're money grabbers. And calling all the residents (emphasise the last s) is still slander, as they didn't all get proven of forging documents. (Unless you have evidence otherwise?)

So get this straight, you can slander DCC and the residents, but not Aiken, that's it right?

Even if they had 5 nights in a row, there's no way they'd have 80,000 every night

And can you answer the actual question?

    What concerts?

And while we're at it, none of Glasgow's football stadiums take 80,000 people. Celtic Park takes 60235 and it's the biggest of them.

I guess they just don't want the business then eh

The Stone Roses unlike that badly dressed red neck are one of the coolest bands ever they played the Phoenix Park 2 years ago and could have played more dates but just left it at one.

This thread is still repeating itself.

ABBA at Wembley is the answer.
