I accept that the account thing was an oversight, but I do think it points to a desire to find something, anything, to turn the vote around. Maybe that's because of the aforementioned lack of transparency, I don't know. Only you know for sure.

As for the rest, they are all fair points and I do mostly agree with them. We just have different beliefs on how much cheating was, is or will happen, which again is fair enough0 -

I'll tell you what, give me Aguero for Dzagoev & one of my youths and I'll switch my vote to yes.
Do it quickly before they turn monitoring back on though, it'll be our little secret

It's STILL an active vote and that being the case how can a banned member have any view/influence on such?

He obviously wont be able to vote / contribute on any matter going forward, but this one was cast before he got banned.
If you die of a heart attack in after sinking the ballot paper in the ballot box in a general election yourvote still stands ... ***

I'm assuming the person that 'died' was entitled to a vote in the first place and not done something to exclude himself from the vote beforehand....
