    Nothing like going for a 60 mile spin just for the craic (and to make sure the new water pump is pumping!). Saw an animal of an Evo ripping up stocking lane, absolute beast of a yoke.

    First off, sorry I hijacked the thread there. But I know if I made a dedicated thread I'd never get as much ongoing, detailed information (as the thread would die a death fairly swiftly.. as it did when i made it in the car buying forum).

    I had two mechanics look at it, i had a half hour test drive, I drove it 3 hours home. I laughed, I cried, and I paid out. It has a few faults that need working on, but nothing major.

    So far, a very happy camper. I'll give more details on monday as I've a weekend of working very, very long hours.

    But needless to say, thank you to all who have helped me out. Is there a motors meet coming up where the lads that helped me out will be attending? (pickles, kaiser, etc.)?

    For the money they were asking (€30) it was a no brainer. I thought it'd be a bit more expensive.

    Mine askes for 50/60 depending on the car, but he goes through every possible thing there and then....it's a thing of beauty watching it haha

    Well wear with car KKV.

    @Sir Pickleton(of the shire) can you point me towards a forum where i can find out 2007 S60 bulb sizes ???

    Internet cant make it's mind up if low beam is H7 or H11 and if Fog's are H11 or H7 it's fairly confident full beams are H9 however and sidelights are W5W.

    Would be nice to know before spending 90 quid on bulbs :p

    Then you should be grand, I'd get a haynes manual, can't go wrong with that, unless you're me and have a saab 900 then haynes can feck right off :pac:
