    Even in a regulated market there is some serious exploitation going on. It seems to be part of the territory unfortunately. If you ever get to Hamburg or other German cities the redlight districts can be fairly rough spots if you don't have your wits about you.

    That is because the law is so lenient on the pimps and (real) traffickers. The worst they can get is a 2 year sentence, which would turn into one year. Then they get out and continue where they left off.

    It should hold a minimum of 5 years sentence and the word pimp should be defined as a person who has coerced someone into the sex trade by tricking them and then forcing them to continue against their will. Someone who is a trafficker, needs to be someone who has again forced someone against their will or coerced them to be somewhere they don't want to be and then made them stay by either mental or physical abuse.

    With this definition they should give much, much harsher sentences and then deport them if they are not from this Country with none of the money that they had through the work they were doing.
