How he found out was when I was making love to my wife Donna. I was on top of her, powerful thrusts, filling the sultry night air. Heavy breath. My son 5Live walked in, a little boy. My wife sprung from the bed and said "no, 5Live! Leave!"

And I said "No, Honey, shut your mouth and let him watch. Let the boy watch. He needs to learn. The way I learned from my father. The way he learned from his father."

And that's how he found out.

Plagiarism of the greatest kind, i doff my cap to you Mr Schafer.

I reckon Balague is more reliable than any of the others that have been talking about Suarez, especially when it comes to Barca.

I reckon he'll go, but hopefully only after a bidding war of Neymar proportions.

If he is going it needs to happen directly after the World Cup, so at least we have a few weeks to get some deals done.

unlike what happened when Cesc went to Barca. that dragged on for a whole window and only finalised in the last days screwing Arsenal over.

For all the talk of Sanchez coming as part of the deal, getting another quality centre forward in is the priority should Suarez leave.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,142 ✭✭✭Pilsbury Doughboy

The worry for me would be the release clause being lower than it should be because If I'm not mistaken the deal was done before Suarez went to have an absolute beast of a season, they probably would not have anticipated it and therefore valued him on the light side.

Do you ever think of the casual lurkers who click in here sometimes, only to think to themselves, 'What the absolute fuck is going on here?"

Probably look at Arsenal thread, and see all is relatively normal. Note that Chelsea's is a little quiet. City's even more so. Question why there doesn't appear to be a Spurs one. Find United's to be fairly on topic, for the most part, and then this one.

Pandas, wrestling, saps, worst fans in the world, are often the order of the day. And that's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the bollocksology we come out with on a regular basis.

I think if we can get Lallana,Lovern and Moreno in from monies already budgeted then if we can't keep hold of Suarez then Sanchez needs to be a priority buy from that Suarez money.

That should leave us in around £50 to £60m million to go out and get a striker and a right back and a keeper.

As I said earlier I like Pedro but I wouldn't take him from Barca I'd want Deulofeu as a back up forward he at a good season at Everton and seemed to settle in ok in Liverpool and he also has huge potential and he has been linked as one of the players Messi bullies so he may want out.

Just a link about Messi bullying players.

Sanchez,Deulofeu and Tello are all linked as players bullied by Messi.

Medel supposed to be available for £10m, would be a very good upgrade on Lucas who for me isn't the player he once was and needs replacing. He's that terrier we have missed since Mascherano went.

He's supposed to be a bit of prick alrite. Looks down on inferior players (everyone basically). With the power he has at Barca I'd say he could do and say pretty much what he wants.

He's supposed to be an absolute prick, constantly causing trouble at barca apparently.

    May it long continue. :D

Suarez father in law now saying he should go to Barcelona. This how it starts the barca tapping up machine will be in full swing soon. This what they do they make there intentions to his agent that they want him, then they leak it to the rags, then his family members will start saying he should liverpool and come to Spain. Then you will have players suarez played with saying how he always dreamt of playing for Barcelona. Finally every barca player will speak out how much of a great player suarez is and he would be awesome at Barcelona and liverpool should let him go and follow his dream. They will say he has barcelona dna.

The big boys are coming to town I'm full of dread.

And after all that they can stump up 100 million pounds!

But this is the thing they will drive down the price of the transfer as much as possible with these tactics. They will make it so hard for liverpool to deny him the move.I'd rather not be dealing with barca, madrid will atleast pay up. Arsenal are owed for the fabregas and song transfers still.

I dont think Barcelona will stump up mega money. It'll be player plus cash and that wont trigger any "buyout" clause. We are in complete control again unless we get a mega money offer.

I hope we stand strong like last summer. With Suarez anything is possible. If we lose him it could be a tough season.

On another note Barca should have been banned from transfers anyway but that got overturned surprise surprise.
